Specification says: "-122dBm" for 12dB SINAD.
That's just about 0.18uV, which is pretty good.
Using the included rubber-duck antenna, the receive performance seemed to match this promise. I was listening to 2m repeaters at the range limit that I'd expect for a radio with good sensitivity.
